Children’s Health

At Stonewall Medical Centre, we are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of children through every stage of growth and development.

Our experienced GPs provide gentle, family-centred care in a welcoming environment where children and parents can feel at ease.

Dr Louisa Macdonald, one of our dedicated GPs, has a special interest in children’s health.

She is passionate about providing comprehensive care that supports healthy development, early intervention, and the wellbeing of young people.

Our children’s health services include:

  • Newborn and infant health checks
  • Growth and developmental assessments
  • Childhood immunisations and vaccination advice
  • Management of common childhood illnesses
  • Asthma diagnosis and management
  • Skin conditions, allergies, and eczema care
  • Nutritional advice and healthy lifestyle support
  • Adolescent health care, including mental health support
  • Travel health advice and immunisations

We understand that every child is unique, and we take the time to listen carefully to families, tailoring care to each child’s individual needs.

At Stonewall Medical Centre, we believe that good health starts early — and we are here to partner with families to help children thrive.

Children’s health consultations are available through standard GP appointments.
