To streamline your first visit, we kindly ask that all new patients complete our New Patient Form online through HotDoc before attending their appointment.

This helps us prepare for your visit and ensures we have the most up-to-date information to provide you with the best possible care.

Please remember to bring your Medicare card (or other relevant documentation) to your first appointment.

Fees

To allow patients to make decisions on care, we have provided a summary of each practitioner’s billing and fees policy. We hope this is helpful. Click here to see our Fees.

Each clinician who works at Stonewall has complete autonomy over how they bill eg bulk billing or privately billing for their services and how much they charge. With this in mind please be mindful if you see a Doctor other than your usual clinician, the billing policy of the new Doctor will apply.

Script, Pathology & Imaging requests

Stonewall Medical Centre is pleased to offer quick consult requests for repeat prescriptions, pathology and imaging referrals as well as medical certificates via HotDoc. Your request is sent directly to the doctor’s computer for convenient and easily accessible care.

Quick consults can be used for prescriptions (including PrEP), imaging requests, pathology (including STI) requests and medical certificates. If you require more than one of these requests, please detail this request in the quick consult notes (there is no need for multiple quick consults). Quick consults is accessible here or via your HotDoc App or patient profile online.
